2. What do we provide?
This website lets you browse services and prices, view our portfolio, prepare an enquiry in the 3D planner, send a contact form and select a voucher option. These functions are free to use and do not require an account. Booksy bookings take place on an external service.
3. Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser. Forms, filters and interactive features require JavaScript. The 3D model uses WebGL; selecting placements from the list is an alternative to using the body model. A working email address is needed to receive a reply to a form. Connection charges depend on your agreement with your provider.
4. Using and ending the service
The browsing service starts when you open the website; use of a form or planner starts when you select that function. Before submitting, you can correct your data or cancel by closing the page. The free enquiry submission service ends when the enquiry is transmitted. Ending your use does not remove a message already sent to the studio; our privacy policy explains the data rules.
Enter your own accurate contact details and content you are entitled to share. Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malicious code or another person’s data without authority. Do not use the forms to send medical records.
5. Enquiries, prices and appointments
Submitting a form, selecting an area in the planner or configuring a voucher does not conclude a purchase contract, take a payment or reserve an appointment. The studio confirms the scope, price and date separately. The planner helps you describe your idea; it does not calculate a binding quote. When booking through Booksy, check the selected service details before confirming.
Before buying a voucher, agree payment, collection, validity and redemption conditions with the studio. This website does not operate a shopping basket or online payments. Voucher information.
6. Technical issues and complaints
Report website problems to incepcjatattoo@gmail.com or the studio’s address. Describe what happened and provide the approximate time, page and a way to contact you. Device information or a screenshot may help but is not required. Do not send passwords or confidential data.
Consumer complaints are handled within applicable statutory deadlines, generally with a reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint unless the relevant law provides otherwise. We reply to the contact address you provide. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
7. Content and links
Photos, branding and texts are provided to help you explore our services. Use beyond legally permitted use requires an appropriate legal basis or the rights holder’s consent. Sample visualisations are labelled; they are not photographs of completed services. External services are operated by their respective providers.
8. Data and access to these terms
We process data under our privacy policy. You can print these terms or save them as a PDF free of charge using the button above. The version date indicates when this text applies. Changes do not remove rights relating to enquiries already submitted.
